These conditions are regulated and interpreted in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. Any disputes arising from these conditions or in connection with them are subject to permission in competent courts at the location of the site owner.

Payments and transactions are carried out through protected payment systems in accordance with current tariffs. All financial transactions are recorded and stored in the system for a deadline. The funds are returned in cases provided for by the Rules for the provision of services.
The dispute is carried out by negotiations between the parties in a pre -trial order. If the consent is not released, the dispute is submitted to the competent court at the place of registration of the service owner. The applicable law is the legislation of the country of registration of the operator.
Data confidentiality is ensured in accordance with the current legislation on the protection of personal information. User data processing is carried out only for the purposes provided for by the user agreement. The security of the transmitted information is guaranteed to use modern cryptographic protection methods.
